lycky8 Terms and Conditions —
Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lycky8 ("lycky8", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing or using lycky8 — including the website, mobile site and any downloadable app — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the lycky8 platform. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

lycky8 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live casino, sports betting, fish games and related services. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes and all transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lycky8 does not represent, warrant or imply any government authorisation, regulatory approval or official licensing from any Pakistan government body.

These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and English is the governing language for all interpretations, disputes and communications relating to the platform. If any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use lycky8, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment — not as a business, agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, voluntarily or otherwise, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and using your own funds for all deposits and bets placed on the platform.

lycky8 takes the protection of minors seriously. If we have any reason to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals and investigate the matter. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Registration & Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on lycky8. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. lycky8 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details provided by you.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• Log out from your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify lycky8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong password and avoid reusing passwords from other websites.

lycky8 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure. However, if you report a potential security breach promptly, we will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your account.

We reserve the right to close or suspend any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, for abuse of promotions or for any activity that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other players.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on lycky8 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. lycky8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

lycky8 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside lycky8's control and are your responsibility.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. lycky8 reserves the right to delay crediting any deposit pending completion of these checks. In such cases, support will contact you with any information or documentation required.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your lycky8 account at any time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that matches the one used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the required identity verification steps.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process.
• Any active bonus balance may affect your ability to withdraw until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• lycky8 reserves the right to request identification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take up to one business day. During periods of high volume or for larger amounts, processing may take additional time.

lycky8 may decline or delay a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a terms violation or if documentation requested has not been provided. In these cases, the platform will communicate the reason and any steps required to resolve the matter.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lycky8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms for that promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply across all lycky8 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting games may contribute less. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. lycky8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus from any account it believes is abusing the offer.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

lycky8 reserves the right to modify, cancel or replace any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, players who have already opted in will be notified and any qualifying activity completed to that point will be honoured wherever reasonably possible.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on lycky8 — whether on casino slots, live dealer tables, fish games, cricket betting, PSL markets or any other available product — are governed by the rules specific to that game or market, as well as these general Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lycky8 does not accept requests to cancel a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session or a live bet, lycky8 will investigate and resolve the matter based on available system records. The platform's decision in such cases is final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed in the relevant game or market interface.
• lycky8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an obvious pricing error, a manifest error in odds or a market that was inadvertently made available in error.
• For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — specific market rules apply regarding match abandonment, postponement, walkovers and other scenarios. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting section.
• Winnings from games and bets are credited to your main account balance upon settlement, subject to any applicable bonus conditions.

8. Responsible Gaming

lycky8 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. Gaming should always remain a leisure activity — never a way to earn income or recover financial losses. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and a time limit in mind before each session.

The following tools and principles are part of our responsible gaming commitment:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You can configure time reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a defined period.

lycky8 uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect player data and financial transactions. However, you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own account and device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lycky8 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or tools to interact with the platform in any way that is not intended for regular human use.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer or manipulate any game, betting market, promotional offer or platform feature.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing others to play on your account.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform in any way that could reasonably be considered fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to lycky8 or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or process payments through the platform for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.

lycky8 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, we may temporarily suspend access while an investigation is carried out. You will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification where appropriate.

10. Liability & Disputes

lycky8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical issues.

lycky8 will not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to service outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms or the specific rules of any game or promotion.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, however caused.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including processing delays or errors outside lycky8's direct control.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a transaction, a game outcome or any other matter relating to your account, please contact lycky8 support as soon as possible with full details. We aim to acknowledge all dispute submissions promptly and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe. During an active dispute investigation, relevant funds may be temporarily held in your account.

The platform's records — including game logs, transaction histories and system data — are the primary reference for resolving disputes. These records are considered accurate unless demonstrated otherwise by clear evidence.

11. Changes to These Terms

lycky8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through in-platform messaging or email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor changes — such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or formatting improvements that do not alter the substance of the Terms — may be made without specific notice.
